Speak Your Truth

This piece is about embracing authentic expression. 

Younger me was stifled in my truth, navigating through the constraints of societal expectations and internalized fears. The barriers in my throat chakra mirrored the weight of unspoken words and withheld emotions. As i am growing and flourishing I continue to reap the fruits of living with the liberation of my authentic voice.
I’ve learned that my truth is unique, a reflection of my experiences, beliefs, and perspectives. It’s not about conforming to anyone else’s narrative but honoring the integrity of my own.

Expressing ourselves authentically is the cornerstone of genuine connection. If a bond can’t withstand the weight of truth, then perhaps it was never meant to be. While speaking our truth may pose challenges, the art lies in articulating our words with grace and sincerity which is sometimes I am actively working on cause I know at times I can be blunt and straight forward, so I hope this piece inspire others to find solace in their truth and embrace the beauty of unfiltered expression.
