Inner Frustrations

I don't know how to feel, because I'm feeling it all.

I made this because I dropped my lunch at work. Not gonna lie, I did shed three tears to myself because I was upset. Then I was angry, then I was frustrated and sad + disappointed because now I gotta buy lunch when I just had it, and that just wasn’t in the plans. Plus, I already had my heart set on what I already had!

Aside from the food, there are a lot of times when I don’t know how to feel because I’m feeling so much. So, I just feel everything and let it pass because emotions are energy in motion, travelers. How do you handle your emotions? For me, I write about it, and if I’m still feeling a way, I’m gonna use it to fuel my art. That’s how I transmute and release so that I’m no longer affected. Transmuting energy is a form of alchemy because I’m converting my pain or feelings into something that works for me instead of wallowing in it and allowing it to consume me. And look at what gets created out of that transmutation!
